Wear cool and airy clothes
The best way to stay “cool” is to wear clothes that are loose fitting and preferably made of cotton or natural fabrics. Loose dresses, shirts, tops and shorts are preferable to jeans and tight-fitting clothing. Swap shoes and sneakers for open-toed sandals or flip-flops. If you still feel hot and sweaty, use a hand fan. When you sweat, your body loses fluids, salt and minerals. Lack of water can cause dry mouth, headaches and even fainting. Lack of salt can also cause muscle cramps and even vomiting.
