Drink lots of water
It is important to keep your fluid intake high to counteract the heat. Drinking beer or alcoholic beverages can dehydrate you faster. If you drink a glass of beer, is your body will excrete up to 3x more fluid which will make you dangerously dehydrated. The more alcohol you drink, the more dehydrated you will become because alcohol affects the body’s fluid balance. Also, if you eat salty snacks and drink sugary sodas and sports drinks, more fluid will be excreted. Therefore, we recommend drinking pure water throughout the day to avoid dehydration.
