We have been to this resort over 10 times now since 1990 and are very disappointed, so we will be renting a vacation home through private contacts starting next year.
The prices have gone up and the service has declined a lot. Room service was sporadic and on several days, there were no beach towels. The resort has changed a lot, but not in a positive way.
Nice large room with kitchen and balcony overlooking the lagoon in which you can see dolphins and manatees. The beach and also the whole Resort is clean and very well maintained. We prefer a Club Suite in building 6 (upper floor). The daily room service is tiptop and the staff is very friendly.
