Directly across the street from the Venice shopping district, this large public beach has free parking, a dining pavilion, restrooms, picnic tables and beach wheelchairs. There is a lifeguard at this stretch of beach. SCUBA divers can explore the reef a quarter mile from shore and the beach is where you will find prehistoric shark teeth. Please note that parking is limited. This section of beach is handicap accessible and offers floating wheelchairs to get to the strad through the deep sand.
